There are rules regarding members who have left the hotel industry, and return to work in covered employment and how it effects your pension payment.
1. Once you retire under aged 65 and return to work in covered employment, your pension payments will be suspended until you permanently stop working in covered employment.
2. If you retire over age 65 (but less than their required mandatory pension start date), you can work part-time (less than 39 hours per month). If you work any increment over 39 hours, your monthly pension benefit will be suspended.
3. During your retirement, and you passed your required mandatory pension start date, you can work in covered employment, with no limit/requirement on hours; and you can still collect your pension.
