How to get your At-Home Over-The-Counter COVID-19 Tests

Starting January 15th, the U.S. government authorized that all eligible members and dependents can obtain up to 8 at-home over-the-counter COVID-19 diagnostic tests per month authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Fund will reimburse you at a rate of up to $12 per individual test (or the cost of the test, if less than $12).
